PSA For My Customers purchasing Pre-Order Scrub Hats

Thank you to my customers for being patient with our Pre-Order deadlines. I know waiting for new products can be exciting, and I appreciate your understanding. I want to explain the Pre-Order process. We offer Pre-Order hats because we need special fabric that isn't in stock. When you order a Pre-Order hat, I order the custom fabric, which takes time to print and ship. I prioritize quality over speed when choosing fabric manufacturers. After I receive the fabric, I can then cut and sew your scrub hat. Sometimes delays happen due to shipping issues or manufacturing defects, though these are rare, please be patient; it will be worth the wait. The normal wait time is 8-12 weeks, but this can always be a longer or shorter wait time depending on how fast the fabric is printed and shipped to me. If you're unhappy with the wait times, please do not purchase a pre-order hat. We still have hundreds of in-stock hats that will ship out much sooner. This next sentence is for the small minority, but I still need to address it. PLEASE refrain from sending rude or threatening messages. I'm just a person trying my best to run a small shop and grow with my customers :) Thank you all again for allowing me the opportunity to offer so many great scrub hat options.
