Thank you to my customers for being patient with our Pre-Order deadlines. I know waiting for new products can be exciting, and I appreciate your understanding. I want to explain the Pre-Order process. We offer Pre-Order hats because we need special fabric that isn't in stock. When you order a Pre-Order hat, I order the custom fabric, which takes time to print and ship. I prioritize quality over speed when choosing fabric manufacturers. After I receive the fabric, I can then cut and sew your scrub hat. Sometimes delays happen due to shipping issues or manufacturing defects, though these are rare, please be patient; it will be worth the wait. The normal wait time is 8-12 weeks, but this can always be a longer or shorter wait time depending on how fast the fabric is printed and shipped to me. If you're unhappy with the wait times, I'm happy to refund and cancel your order. This next sentence is for the small minority, but I still need to address it. PLEASE refrain from sending rude or threatening messages.
