Where's My Order?

Just wanted to give you a quick heads-up about everyones custom scrub hat orders and custom blanket orders. We have a few batches in different stages of production. Fabric has either been orderd and won't be released to the US, or was in route and stopped in custom with no release. There’s been a huge tariff increase (thanks to new Trump policies ) — it’s up to 145%! Because of that, our fabric is now double the original cost and the one shipment that is curently in customs won't be realeased untill we pay doubble what the fabric cost.

We’re working super hard to come up with the extra funds to get fabric release to us, but even so, we are still expecting there will be some delays with shipping and clearance until tariffs settle down. I wanted to be upfront with you now — even though we're still trying to keep our 8–12 week time frame we promised, I thought it was only fair to let you know what's going on behind the scenes.

If you’re okay with waiting a little longer to see if we can sort it out, we would seriously appreciate it.
If you’d rather not wait, no worries at all — you can request a refund (just a heads-up, refunds might also have a small delay because of this situation).
