Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state/province of residence, or you have permission from a parent/guardian.

Products & availability

• We offer in-stock (ready-to-ship) items and pre-orders (out-of-stock orders).

• Product photos and colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric print placement.

• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product details at any time.

Pricing & payments

• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

• We may update pricing at any time.

• Payment is due at checkout unless a partial payment option is offered for pre-orders.

Pre-orders (final sale)

• Pre-orders are made after purchase and require materials to be purchased specifically for your order.

• All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once placed (including partial payments).

• If you choose a partial payment option, you agree to pay the remaining balance by the posted due date. Your order will not ship and you will not receive your product until the full balance is paid.

Shipping

• We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

• Processing times vary by product type (in-stock vs pre-order). Estimated timelines are provided on the product page and/or our Shipping Policy.

• Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Returns & refunds

• In-stock order cancellations: If your in-stock order has not shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

• Fit-related returns: If your scrub cap does not fit, you may request a return for a refund.

  • We will email you a return label.

  • Once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

• Returned items must be unused and unwashed.

Order issues (damaged, incorrect, or missing items)

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos (if applicable)

Well work with you to make it right.

Promotions, discount codes, and free shipping offers

• Discount codes (including free shipping offers) must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

• We may modify or end promotions at any time.

Chargebacks & payment disputes

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback does not override our posted policies, including our pre-order final sale policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (including product photos, text, graphics, and logos) is owned by or licensed to Kates Kreations RGV and may not be used without permission.

Prohibited use
