Overview

We want you to love your order. Please review the policy below before purchasing.

Pre-orders (final sale)

All pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, returns, or refunds.

Pre-orders are out-of-stock orders that require us to purchase fabric/materials specifically for your order.

If a partial payment option is available and selected, the order is still non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid by the posted due date. Orders will not ship until paid in full.

In-stock items

In-stock (ready-to-ship) items may be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange as outlined below.

In-stock order cancellations

If you need to cancel an in-stock order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return/exchange process below.

Fit-related returns (scrub caps)

If your scrub cap does not fit, you may request a return for a refund.

How to request a return

  1. Email us to request a return and include your order number.

  2. We will email you a return label.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided label.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund timing can vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges (scrub caps)

If your scrub cap does not fit (or you need a different style/size), you may request an exchange.

How exchanges work

  1. Email us to request an exchange and include your order number and what you'd like to exchange for.

  2. We will email you a return label.

  3. Once the original item is received, we will ship your replacement item.

Exchanging into a pre-order item

If you choose to exchange for a pre-order item, your replacement will follow the standard pre-order timeline. Please allow 8-12 weeks for production before it ships.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
