Where we ship

Kate’s Kreations RGV currently ships to:

  • United States

  • Canada

We do not offer international shipping outside of these areas at this time.

Processing times

Processing time depends on whether your item is in stock or a pre-order:

  • In-stock (ready-to-ship) items: Orders ship every weekend.

  • Pre-orders (out-of-stock orders): These are made after purchase. Please allow 8–12 weeks for production before shipping.

Shipping method & delivery time

  • We primarily ship via USPS.

  • Delivery time begins after your order ships and varies by location and carrier conditions.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping: Orders $75+ qualify for free shipping with code FREESHIP.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for the cost to reship it.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delays

While we do our best to meet stated timelines, shipping delays can happen due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather events

  • High shipping volume/holidays

  • Pre-order production delays (including supplier delays)
