Purchase options

We offer two ways to shop:

  • Pre-Order (Out-of-Stock Order): You’re reserving an item that is not currently in stock. Materials (including fabric) are purchased specifically to fulfill your order.

  • In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship): The item is already made and available to ship.

Pre-order cancellation policy (no cancellations / non-refundable)

Because pre-orders require us to purchase fabric and materials specifically for your order, all pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once placed.

This applies even if you choose a partial payment option.

Please double-check your:

  • Style selection

  • Size/fit details (if applicable)

  • Shipping address

before completing checkout.

Pre-order partial payments (if available)

If a partial payment option is available at checkout, you may choose to pay a portion up front.

  • Pre-orders are still non-refundable once placed.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date posted.

  • Orders will not be shipped and you will not receive your product until the full balance is paid.

In-stock order cancellations

If you placed an in-stock order and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

  • If your order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled—please follow the return process below if you need to request a refund.

Fit-related returns & refunds

If your scrub cap does not fit, you may request a return for a refund.

  • Email us to request a return.

  • We will email you a return label.

  • Once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Notes

  • Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition.

  • Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
