Purchase options
We offer two ways to shop:

Pre-Order (Out-of-Stock Order): You’re reserving an item that is not currently in stock. Materials (including fabric) are purchased specifically to fulfill your order.

In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship): The item is already made and available to ship.
Pre-order cancellation policy (no cancellations / non-refundable)
Because pre-orders require us to purchase fabric and materials specifically for your order, all pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once placed.
This applies even if you choose a partial payment option.
Please double-check your:

Size/fit details (if applicable)

Shipping address
before completing checkout.
Pre-order partial payments (if available)
If a partial payment option is available at checkout, you may choose to pay a portion up front.

Pre-orders are still non-refundable once placed.

The remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date posted.

Orders will not be shipped and you will not receive your product until the full balance is paid.
In-stock order cancellations
If you placed an in-stock order and need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.

If your order has already shipped, it can’t be canceled—please follow the return process below if you need to request a refund.
Fit-related returns & refunds
If your scrub cap does not fit, you may request a return for a refund.

Email us to request a return.

We will email you a return label.

Once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Notes

Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition.

Refunds are issued after the return is received and inspected.
